Returns Policy
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect tiles, please notify us within 2 working days of delivery. We will request photographs of the affected items to help us resolve the issue promptly and arrange replacements if necessary.
Leftover Tiles
Due to our commitment to offering consistently low prices and fast-moving stock, we are unable to accept returns for surplus or leftover products outside of a full order cancellation.
We recommend keeping any extra tiles, as they will match the original batch and may be useful for future repairs or replacements.
Change of Mind
You have the right to cancel your entire order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Once you notify us of your intent to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the items.
All returned goods must be sent in their original, unopened packaging to our main warehouse. Opened boxes must be securely resealed before returning. Customers are responsible for organising the return shipment and ensuring the goods are insured during transit.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your return.
Before arranging the return, please send a photo of the goods to info@boutique-tiles.co.uk to confirm they are in a resalable condition.
Please note: Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse and you have received a dispatch email, we are unable to make any changes. We recommend double-checking all delivery details and order contents before dispatch. Please also be aware that tiles are heavy and precautions may be needed during handling.
Return Costs
If you are unable to arrange your own return, we can organise a collection for you. Please note, the cost of collection will be passed on to you and may be higher than the original delivery charge.
Additionally, we reserve the right to apply a 25% restocking fee for goods ordered in error, no longer required, or deemed unsuitable by the customer.
For deliveries made via parcel courier services, we are unable to arrange collections. In these cases, you will need to organise the return yourself to our main distribution warehouse.
We ask that all goods are returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging — including any wooden pallets or crates. If you no longer have the original pallet or crate, we can supply one for an additional charge.
Please note: Only defective goods can be returned without their original packaging.
